Manufacturing Unit
Monthly Capacity: 25000 SQM. We can easily extend our production capacity by adding more looms & weavers to our units. All our Units are according to compliance & fully audited & compliant. Number of Units: 7 Sitapur, Fatehpur, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Panipat, Mirzapur & Saiyadraja. All our Units are being Audited Regularly. We have our Dyeing Plant with Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) & with Inhouse Testing Labs & Storage Facilities.
Raw Material
As in today’s world, Sustainability is at peak, we are making sustainable rugs & using eco – friendly dyes for all our Products. We are making Rugs from Pet Yarn (Outdoor Rugs) / Jute/ Wool etc. The Pet Yarn is obtained for recycling of plastic bottles. We ensure that all Our Products are Eco Friendly & Sustainable in nature.
Production
Our Product doesn’t harm the environment in social & environmental aspects. Our whole Supply Chain is being monitored regularly (from procurement of Raw Materials to Final Packing) as it should not harm the environment in any aspects.
